Q: Hours
What are your business hours?
A:
Monday through Friday 8 am - 5:30 pm
Every other Saturday 9 am - 12 pm
Closed on Sundays.
We deliver until 5 pm and pickups are available until 5:30. After hours delivery is $5 per delivery and depends on our schedule.
All pickups need to be picked up at the time designated or a $5 fee will be incurred for every 15 minutes you are late ($10 maximum).

Are all your products homemade?

Yes, they are. We take pride in making everything from scratch.

Is your kitchen licensed?
A:
I take a course every year in food preparation like those at the Food Court and such. My kitchen is also inspected by Public Health for cleanliness.

How long have you been baking/cooking?
A:
I have been baking/cooking since I was a little girl. I had a business back in the U.S. before I came here making up mixes in a jar and then decided to make baking my business when I came here. I love to cook!

Do you give out recipes?
A:
I wish I could, but then I wouldn't have my business.

Where do you get all your recipes?
A:
I have a collection of various cookbooks from church and ones I have collected over the years plus a bunch of recipes that were passed down to me from my mother and others as I am an avid cookbook collector. I am always looking for a great new dish or dessert to try on my family and friends.
Q: Booked?
Why are you booked on several different days?
A:
I am only one person and can only do so much. I do have help on some days, but for the most part it is only myself. I also need to make sure to have time with my family which is one of my reasons for working at home besides loving to cook for others. :)
Q: Notice for orders
How far in advance do I need to give you to place an order?
A:
I need at least a day's notice for most orders. If it is a particularly large order, I may need more time. Please call or email us with any questions.
Q: Special requests
Do you take special requests for products that aren't on your site?
A:
Yes, we do. If you want a specific item that isn't on our site, give us a call or email us to see if it is doable. There are many things that I can make that aren't on my site.
